Project lead
The first group of Leaders will be in the Beaumont community. Training varies based on each cohort’s needs and wants. LEAD combines in-person and online (Zoom) training, group discussions, and meetings. Texas Advocates will work with Southeast Texas Self Advocates (SETX/SA) and selected LEAD trainees to tailor two days of in-person training at The Arc of Beaumont.
